April 11th I decided to get back into my routine of walking on a daily basis. A lot of walking. Thanks to the lil Jogtracker app my brother Luke told me about for my DROID, I can easily track my walks now. 9-11 miles a day now are fairly common.
Don't ever let anyone tell you walking is not real exercise. Mix in a little bit of eating better/less and limiting excursions to my beloved Liam's to once per week (generally) and as I sit here today, I have lost 24 lbs.
Try to get out and walk a little bit every day. Take your kids or your dog or your loved one. You might be surprised at how much better you feel after a while.
