It took a little bit of kneading and lot of remembering how but it worked out just fine. I decided to run it through the fettuccine cutting head and it worked pretty well :=)

Pasta test
Since I have not made pasta in a long while, I decided to make a 1/4 size batch just to make sure I remembered how and to make sure the pasta machine was properly seasoned for a "real" batch.
It took a little bit of kneading and lot of remembering how but it worked out just fine. I decided to run it through the fettuccine cutting head and it worked pretty well :=)
