It appears you almost have it finished. Is it ready for Lauren to come get? I'll give you 2 grand and let stay with you while she goes to college in Florida!
You'd have a cute blond ready made housekeeper and she's artistic to boot. The alpha would still be in residence and you could share rides!!! You would be her favorite uncle in the whole world! ( Now getting the $6,000 out of the Professor is another story! )
